Great company with a culture that understands family values. Strong sense of intellect, prepare to be challenged and work as a global company. Very friendly. Everyone is happy to meet new people. They value experience from the outside.
Cons
They do no pay competitively. They do not promote well within the company and prefer to hire from the outside. Many consultants who have been here for many years are majorly under paid. Reverse age-discrimination. If you aren't old with a lot of gray hair, they think you are incapable.
