      Employee oriented in terms of facilities. Work culture depends on your individual teams since the organization is vast. Some teams are really cool to work with.

      Cons

      Nothing as such as long as you are in projects. So, make sure you get one. Else there is a slight chance that you will be forced into another team/domain if you stay on bench for long
