No in class room training opportunities in USA unless client pay for it. Poor communication between corporate offshore upper management and onsite workers. Very hard to advance in the company unless you have worked in India.

H1b workers are on their way out, finally. Never work for Indian companies like Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, etc. These, and all Indian companies like them are nothing but modern day slave traders. For Americans unfortunate enough to have to work for them, they offer low pay, no retirement plan, no upward mobility, no opportunity.
