Bad if you sign a two year contract with a tens of thousands of dollars in retainer. Company is very unorganized, and often softly threatens employees for issues arising from their employee web applications malfunctioning, which happens very very often. Raises are also dependent on how many courses you complete on their education portal but it is unclear how those courses are accepted or count towards your raise. They pay 1/2 the average rate for their SDEs, but expect you to be open to work with offshore employees at any time of the day or night, and move to any city at any time to work for a client.

No raise in 2 years of employment. No raise after performance reviews and getting top marks and excellent feedback from all managers and shareholders. Doesn’t matter how hard you work for them. You will not ever get a raise for performance based ever. All my managers requested I get a raise and HR denied it because I was a month from their date they decided to use as the raise cutoff. Also haven’t gotten one inflation adjustment. If you want to be broke this is your company. They also removed my old review from here stating my position as a tech support associate doesn’t exist. Pretty shady…
