I've been working with Infosys for the past 3 years and no matter how hard you work and what accomplishment you make, they never appreciate it. For the past 3 years, I never got a dime for bonus. My payroll stayed same, and they never raise US employee's payroll. There is no diversity here at all. They hire 99% Indians and to keep the public face, sometimes they hire other people which is less or about 1%. No work and life balance and most of the times I work from 9am to 11pm to even 1am.

terrible management, 0 direction/mentorship, terrible HR would not suggest. Low pay, bad benefits

Pros

It really depends on your team but I had the luxury to work with an amazing group of people. My direct managers always cared about my career growth and gave me the opportunity to advance within the organization. I worked hard and most of the time wore multiple hats to go above and beyond what was expected in order to be noticed by leadership.

Cons

- They will work you. There were many times I worked more than your standard 8 hours. - Upper management has poor vision on what really goes on at the ground level. I always felt pressured to meet numbers and constantly felt like my team and I wasn't doing enough. - Some meetings were rough; I've literally sat through meetings with people arguing/yelling back and forth. - You'll notice pandering to upper-level leadership in order to be favored or be noticed. - Quantity is valued more than Quality here. Sometimes, I couldn't believe the talent we hired despite their lack of skill/expertise/incompetency. - Poor compensation for the amount of work you do.
