      Deeply Unprofessional, Hard Upward Mobility, Little Work

      My first project was a year long and for the first 6 months I had next to nothing to do. All of the work given to me I completed in ~2hours. This gave me more time to apply to other jobs, unsuccessfully reasons listed in cons), while still getting paid (

      Cons

      - Impossible expectations. When I did have work I would often work for 10-14 hours everyday for months. For the first 1.5 years I was on projects where either (A) There wasn't anyone in my timezone to help onboard me so I had to work overtime to figure out the tools on my own, or (B) The people/person in my timezone didn't want to go through the hassle of onboarding me. - Disrespectful Managers, a fellow colleague got yelled at and embarrassed in front of team. - Limited upward mobility - Unresponsive HR - Unwelcome calls at all hours of the day when you're on the bench. Between the hours of 7am-11pm. Half of the time to ask about skills that are not listed on the internal resume that they used to contact you in the first place.

      Pros

      Training is not bad depending on location and instructor. Good work/life balance. I never did OT in 2 years.

      Literally everything. Very cheap and unprofessional company. Very immature "culture"

      lot of politics, no transparency, no ethics, no proper leadership, what they talk is not what they do, they don't take care about employees who are doing well.
