Cons
- it has become too huge for its size, hence doesn't give a feel of smaller company - no transparencies in CRR ratings - Too many complex policies - Mandatory working hours , even when you don't have any work ; not even desktop or a chair to sit. - No internal job postings website. if you are looking for a project, your bench manager is a god and if you are looking for an onsite specific location, then it all depends on your delivery manager's contacts. The more contacts he has in organisation, the better chances you have. if he is new then no one can help you. - Too much politics in onsite opportunities. too much fight for power control at onsite location. - Too many freshers, while no importance given if you are with org for 4 plus years and still with Infosys. - the salary of fresher and 4-5 years is somewhat same.
