Pros
nice compensation, facilities, work culture and good support from management. I was in a devlopment project and during my work I learned a lot of things from team building to coding. The best part is the training infosys provides, the best in the IT sector, they have a very rigorous program which will prepare you for almost everything in IT sector, from leadership to coding also with the best facilities a person can get.
Cons
Every coin has two sides, so does Infy. The worse thing was you even if the training is comprehensive and youmisght be trained more in one particular technology but when you go to production you might not be working in the same, this makes it difficult and improper utilization of resources. Also, if you are lucky you will get a devlopment project otherwise infy has a lot of testing and maintainance projects, so try your luck.
