      Pros

      Great opportunities to work with Top Tier Clients. Good mix of projects in advanced technologies. Infosys cares about the client and will do whatever it take to deliver quality services.

      Cons

      The employee is often lost in the desire to please the client. Managers are measured on client performance and not their performance as managers of people.

      Pros

      Although this was realized after I switched to another company, but Infosys is a highly ethical and professional company. It puts its employees before its work. The kind of facilities and cleanliness and positive working conditions provided in Infosys are unmatchable by any service company... even product companies. Best in class infrastructure and amazing training facilities. The ecosystem it creates for you is amazing.

      Cons

      After a couple of years, the growth stagnates. You have to be very lucky to get a decent project which offers learning. It is difficult to relocate to a choice location. Project assigned is often not as per capabilities. Facilities offered are not open 24x7, hence sometimes might seem wasteful. Salaries can be increased
