I joined via Revature specializing in UiPath. It was not until my third project three years later I used UiPath. The bootcamp ended up being a waste. If you're not on a project you go to bench and if you don't get a project of any kind within 2-4 months max they will fire you. Just depends on the person. The company is massive and you never know who is your manager or who you report to within Infosys. I now work in the Raleigh Hub on a Hybrid work schedule (12 days in office a month). I could work remotely because I only communicate with two people here if I need to and they decide to come to office. I started at Infosys 4 years ago making 57k now I make 63,945k, which is not good. My yearly raise last year was $945, which is a joke. My lead on my current project is phenominal and works his butt off, but makes 15k less then the person he leads. Makes a whole lot of sense to me....not. You have to continuously get certs and improve your skill set and become a lead and what not to get any decent raise. Also, when you are on a project be prepared to work with offshore team and offshore hours aka India Standard Time. One of my projects I was on call on weekends biweekly and did not make extra doing so. It was misserable. The company atmosphere is also terrible. It is hard for me to communicate with most as most of them English is a second language. With my skillset I have learned it is hard for me to get a new job because I have been on different projects that have worked on different things, but have not specialized in one thing.
