Low salary can be a bit demotivating

Extremely toxic work environment, HR never listen anything from employee, There is no voice of employees, Management can do anything, Mostly micromanaged projects, Financial and technical growth is nothing within Infosys, Lack of opportunities within organisations, No future scope, Only politicians and chamche can get onsite, There is no performance management or improvement, Review and rating can't be anticipated, forget hikes, HR team never interacts with employee, some managers are very unprofessional, kind of educated illiterates, Diversity Inclusion is nothing, Peoples are being targeted based on Language, States region, North South, skin colour, gender, worest narrow minded guys, cannot be called as grey or good place to work, fake survey are published. Office Cabs are not provided, You can use paid bus, Canteen food is not healthy
