Pros

Really great company that really does put family first, while keeping a good balance between work and life. Have embraced remote work. Handled COVID well.

Cons

There really isn't anything.. especially now that remote work is permanent.

Pros

Everyone there is super accommodating, kind, and treats you with dignity. The work is stimulating, it stays interesting, and I've learned a lot on the job.

Cons

There are none that come to mind.
