Could be good with the right managers

Pros

Some people are really wonderful and welcoming to work with. The work can be interesting at times.

Cons

People having romantic relationships with each other to keep their jobs. Lot of firing of workers and forced retirements. They will convince you everyone is family as a ploy to make you work harder. You are not family when they decide to fire you out of nowhere and try to convince you to not take a severance package. Unclear expectations for being promoted. Don’t actually practice DEI and use specific LGBTQ+ or people of color as token DEI hires. Lots of leadership who swear they have “done the work” on educating themselves on DEI who really just learned the right words to use but don’t practice in their company.

Amazing, relaxed, caring company culture. Great diversity and inclusion intitative.

Cons

If you want to move around in the company, you have to look for it by networking with other professionals and asking if they have room on their team for another person.

Pros

- Culture here is great. Everyone is very inclusive even at the top - Benefits are getting better - Good work/life balance

Cons

- Should really offer unlimited PTO - Leadership tends to get their feed stuck in the mud to execute their vision - Lack of accountability seems to be a trend
