Employee insights are actively sought, and valued very highly from executives. President sits in meetings and is hands on without micromanaging Superior company culture, work-life balance, with extracurricular fun occurring regularly Clients love the support and guidance they receive from our technical staff Competitive pay Industry leader with software that is very hard to displace. Very secure.

Cons

The health plan could be better. Some basic needs (asthma inhaler) are not covered

Pros

Info Tech as a company is dedicated to promoting growth and showing appreciation to all of its employees - regardless of position in the company. Continuing education and cross -training are encouraged. Generous salaries and profit sharing bonuses are shared with all employees as well. There are a significant number of employees who have been with Info Tech for more than 20 years - and several who have been with the company more than 30 years. Obviously, employees enjoy their work and the positive environment provided here, or they would not stay with the company for decades!

Cons

None that I can think of at the moment. Sometimes the workload is heavier than others, which means you might be required to work extra hours for a while - but that is not all the time - and you will be appreciated and rewarded for your contributions.

Private company, highly encourages innovation and creativity, flexible working hours, excellent fringe benefits, competitive pay

Cons

I honestly can't think of any real cons to working at Info Tech. I've worked at a few other places and Info Tech has by far been the best company I have worked for.
