Pros

Cool building, gym, some departments have unlimited PTO.

Cons

I’d strongly advise against taking a position at the company. Pay is well below average with zero room for growth pretty much across the board. The company is struggling due to poor decisions over the last few years by management. Every other year or so they lay off a good portion of the staff but the people making decisions never changes. The company lacks diversity, touts open PTO but allows managers to be very strict with it, doesn’t value employees or contributing to the community.

Somewhat competitive pay, open PTO, nice building, potential for remote days, healthcare is fantastic, most people are nice and a pleasure to work with, laid-back environment.

Cons

Lack of product and strategic direction Poor market research for product positioning making reaching audiences and selling nearly impossible Wasted spend on products that change on the whim of upper management Constant layoffs and limited resources Marketing and sales team are small as well working in silos No onboarding for new employees Promotion of employees to managerial positions with no guidance or testing of ability Surprise layoffs
