Pros

100% company paid benefits, government contract so you get security clearance makes you more marketable great coworkers job had great hours

Cons

extremely corrupt management owners, deputy management, and local management don't care about you they will drop you to keep the contract. seniority doesn't matter no bonuses, have to fight hard for your rights.

They have great hours, quality management personnel, eager to assist in resolving daily issues that arise, and great work environment.

Cons

There isn't really any available room for advance, only acquire 3 hours a pay period for PTO, no clear line of communication between worker and upper management.
