All benefits besides pay are worse than industry standard. Of all of my professional friends, besides the pay, not a single one has a benefit worse than Ingeteam.

Cons

Communication from all management is horrid, everything's very last minute. Poor Salaries for all, none that matches the market. Management is a 'good old boys club' vibe.
