Business Outlook
Pros
-Great front end co-workers (cashiers, baggers) -Very flexible with hours/granting days off requested -Learned a lot about getting great savings on groceries
Cons
-Too many employees promoted and not receiving pay raise for 3+ months. (bookkeeper, full time, night stock) -All the "professionalism" of the management is fake -My store manager would not promote me after working 3 yrs because he couldn't "promote within" -High stress level doing books and on top of that the managers disappear and you're left running the front. -Getting a raise was like pulling teeth.
