Pros

The vendors and IM offers great training. It is a great company to start into sales to gain confidence and a foundation. The health insurance is good as well. A lot of networking opportunities however IM has a bit of a "boys club" mindset that if you don't go out you don't get ahead. A lot of harassment stories go unreported due to the boys club.

Cons

Work-life balance Capped commission/low or no accelerators Compensation is significantly below the national average ( pizza and wings are cool but not in lieu of pay ;) Not remote-friendly Boys club Upper Level management is very political A little bit like HS

Toxic Culture- Avoid Cloud!

Pros

Decent pay and benefits, good low-level coworkers.

Cons

Toxic culture where being a "yes man" gets you ahead. Only work here if you have no opinion and want to do whatever you're told. The whole company is organized around building up the egos of the men at the top, who think they can do no wrong and silencing anyone who tries to stand up to them. Horrible, miserable culture where careers go to die.

Worst place I’ve worked in my career.

Pros

Not many. Insurance is decent. Cafeteria is nice to have, especially since employees very rarely have time to take an actual lunch break.

Cons

Awful place to work - this company has no concern for their employees whatsoever. All they care about is the bottom line, regardless of how their actions affect the morale and culture. The hours employees are expected to work are not normal. If the company continues to eliminate positions without a plan to lessen the workload for the lucky (LOL) ones who don’t lose their job, they will continue to sustain an incredibly high turnover rate.
