      Pros

      Hours, stability, team goals, People are great to work with. Always fun stuff going on to help balance out the work day.

      Cons

      A growing disconnect with senior management. Unrealistic goals at times. Mid level manager tends to not get the job done or bring value.

      Pros

      I got several raises in the first year. My salary increased by 4K in one year. There is room for growth and the company is focused on employee development. Contact with new technologies and training is always available.

      Cons

      The culture in tech support is high pressure. People who make too many mistakes get fired for even the smallest returns on products. More than half of the tech support reps are "Champs" which seems good until you get into the position. You still have to take the same number of calls, and run projects for vendors without requesting overtime.
