Pros

Pay was good, benefits were better than average. They do stay up on the latest technologies, but do not offer the opportunity for exposure to them.

Cons

Management should listen to employee's ideas and thoughts, needs MUCH more communication between employees and management. Management is not supportive of employees at all. Senior Management has no clue on what they are doing, plays favorites with employees. They do not listen to employees suggestions, will protect each other's back no matter what the situation. No initial training provided, then they penalize the employees for not knowing the system.

Pros

Interesting projects and technologies Excellent business model - doing logistics for other companies will continue to grow rapidly

Cons

Extreme Inconsistencies regarding how they treat people (favoritism and internal politics to the max) Political to the extreme - do as you are told by higher management (don't think for yourself and give input to solutions) Team work - not good
