      Pros

      Supervisors & Leads are the worst in the warehouse. Got to eat lunch on ingrams dime. Not really have to do much work nor do the leads to get a nice weekly check. Our Jobs were to bust the production workers bottoms with numbers number numbers while the leads and Supervisor couldn't begin to do any of the work that comes through the warehouse.

      Cons

      Everything, no real management, no communication, The ones who do work and do deserve raises don't get them. Leads don't lead anything they all sit on their butt's all day. You have 1 great SME who has been chased away from being a SME and the rest are just as bad as the leads. No air, No heat.

      Located in Irvine, CA. Some nice co-workers.

      Cons

      Low salary. Workload equal to one person doing 2-3 jobs, and long hours. Little opportunity for advancement. A lot of gossiping and distrust among employees. Most of management does not care about employees, only the bottom line. I regret working for this company, bad career decision.
