Not for IT Professionals

Pros

-Good Benefits -Overtime Opportunity - Exposure to different technologies -Some managers were cool. Not all though. -Good co-worker relationships.

Cons

-Not really IT Support. You're just doing mass configurations on customer devices which anyone can do. -No opportunity for growth -Low pay. -Micro Managed beyond belief. No VPN to access work environment. Have online training you need to complete? Too bad. "Do it at home" even though the only chance you get is at work. -Management doesn't have a clue of how tech works. Will push unrealistic deadlines on you. - The network is always down which creates a bottleneck. -You'll be expected to help in other departments doing warehouse duty even though that's not part of the job description. -They provide opportunities to learn new skills through LinkedIn learning videos yet management does not let you utilize that opportunity. They view it as being unproductive. -Not a job for IT professionals. This should only be for people trying to get into IT with no experience and no degree.

Pros

Decent people, room for advancement

Cons

Unwillingness to listen to employees despite asking for feedback on a regular basis. Extremely low pay compared to similar companies. Constant lies to employees to try to keep them happy but never follow through. Constant lies to customers particularly around automation. What is being sold as automation is just manual work passed down to employees behind the scenes. Ever changing goals and metrics - good luck getting any explanations. Favoritism runs rampant here - make friends with your manager and you can do whatever you want.
