Pros

The only thing that kept me there was the people I worked with

Cons

No job security... they drop people like a drop of a dime whether tempt or full time associate.mandated over time black out dates if your sick during that time you get put on final written.change policies and rules very often. Used to be a company that values their associates now a company that values the numbers..all about bottom dollar took a lot of benefits from associates a lot of empty promises!!

Pros

Large and diverse employee base. Company values are strong and human resources provides decent benefits. Vendor relationships are good and Ingram receives many awards from partners for their partnership.

Cons

Leadership is basically a fraternity and you either are liked or not. Company lacks profit (outside of marketing dollars) so they cut humans when they need to show positive growth. Recognition is minimal as is employee development. Culture is stale as well with little effort put forth to attract new talent.

Pros

There are a lot of smart, hard working people at Ingram. If you get the right manager you could enjoy yourself

Cons

They re-org a lot which damages culture and makes people afraid for their jobs. Sr. Execs don't seem to see problems that seem obvious to everyone else. There's a lot of buzzwords about culture but very little is truly done to achieve it. Lot's of "legacy directors" with little upward mobility or career development except for a special few.
