Pros

Food industry, so not much downsizing

Cons

All decisions are made out of head office. Very slow in decision making. No succession planning.

Excellent strategy, old practices, old leadership

Pros

Average benefits and salaries. Focused on customer and long term planning. The company is in the top 3 in its field. Introducing best practices like lean manufacturing, safety and HR models.

Cons

Leadership is old and out of date. Not millenial friendly. Traditional and burocratic. Culture sometimes is focused on the past than in the future. If you left the office on time you're pointed. You're free to express what is wrong and how to make things better but... your professional path could be in danger. Status quo is a constant, don't try to move anything.
