Pros

Higher than average pay and benefits

Cons

The HR at HQ is a joke with no professional knowledge and no impact on the organization. They are only there for management not employees.

Pros

None, absolutely none at all

Cons

Where do I start. No work/life balance, everything is an emergency. Management thinks that you are their personal servants 24/7. The IT outsourcing is a joke but management won't own up to it and get rid of it. Company reeks of corporate greed, check out Bernie Sanders diatribe against Ingredion...nice!! Absolutely no one has a clue what's going on....no one.

Pros

Some good people, half day fridays and now free lunches

Cons

Executives are not living the values nor completing necessary responsibilities. Blame game. Also, why are we now forced to come in when COVID rates are rising and the governor is shutting down the state. hey at least they gave us lunch to do so. Not a good look for management as they say one thing and do the opposite
