      Decent pay, good benefits, nice people, horizontal internal transitions easy,

      Cons

      Company culture not entirely suitable for younger workers. Some people have been there for so long and don't do much at all without any consequence. Lack of fixation of broken processes. Working from home allowed, but culture makes it feel frowned upon. Expect to work from home when sick unless your dying.
