People being made redundant all the time. Everyone is scared of losing their jobs, a lot of good people has already left. Too many people involved in projects.

Stripped and carved apart an amazing agency Mind+Matter which did great work and had great values. Very Corporate, Don't care about staff Yearly redundancies No feeling of job security No reward for hard work Lack of leadership and transparency
