The people are genuine and friendly, and the culture is open and honest. The leadership team feels well integrated into the rest of the company and listens to staff.

Cons

The head office is in Brighton, which is a long commute if travelling from outside of London.

Great culture - can work flexibly, go home on time, Thursday Quiz and drinks, everyone is lovely Interesting projects - get to work on big campaigns, diverse topics, also work with smaller biotech Lots of mentorship - no toxic hierarchy, leadership team is the kindest I have ever worked with and all are excited and open to taking time to mentor younger colleagues

Perhaps salary - although it is still competitive with industry standards and the health insurance coverage is fantastic
