      Overall not bad but unclear promotion approaches

      Pros

      - Some nice people who are willing to help you learn - Support to learn and grow in career - Organising events and trainings

      Cons

      - Working overtime is not encouraged, but quite often end up working overtime anyway - Some Account Directors and Directors create very toxic environment

      Open-minded to new ways-of-working Pushing for growth and making the investment required to get it Genuinely flexible working for all team members Less ego and politics than a lot of other network agencies - generally a very nice place to work Offer time back in lieu when working a lot of extra hours - as opposed to extra hours simply being ignored which has been my experience at other similar agencies

      L&D offering could be stronger Ambition and vision doesn't feel shared by everyone - need to push harder to create an organisational culture which matches agency ambitions for growth and creative excellence

      Very inclusive and diverse Competitive salary

      Job was totally different to what was described Literally zero onboarding until I questioned it My reporting manager was very senior and regularly cancelled our 1:1's, making it very difficult to settle in and get up to speed Almost totally remote, no interaction with team members Lack of progression options Often belittled by senior members, much of my work time was spent creating PPT slides for them rather than having any creative freedom in campaigns Company was bought out and culture deteriorated
