I experienced discrimination at the company and constant intimidation and harassment. I was explicitly told I was not welcome here. The culture was extremely toxic and I'm still healing from the experience. There was zero accountability from management for their contributions to the toxicity. There is an undercurrent of constant stress and anxiety at the company that can be felt top down. With so many changes (layoffs, team changes, loss of clients) there is no clear direction forward and the agency doesn't have its competitive edge. Work life balance was absolutely nonexistent and there was no respect for anyone's personal life. It's clear the company is in a desperate position and there is no culture of collaboration. Hostility is the norm. Pay was FAR below market value and raises and promotions were few and far between.
