Upper management out of touch or just doesn't care about sales team. Regularly asked to do more and more for nothing in return. Annual merit increases are laughable.

This is a job that tests your mental boundaries every single day! From the incompetent callers with their horrible attitudes and self-absorption to the supervisors and upper management that give less of a darn about their workers but post lies and crap to create an image that they do! It is a serious buddy system! The only people who get promotions or raises are those who are friends with or related to someone in upper management. ALL OF THIS IS VERIFIABLE!!! Since working for this company, I have contemplated suicide, I have been placed on more medication than I can even count for ulcers, high blood pressure, anxiety, stress, and depression. I have worked here for years, and the staff across the board has only received one bonus and one 20-cent raise. I have lost my home and had to choose between groceries and the normal bills because your pay is crap. They micro-manage you like crazy!! Then I've had coworkers who were maybe 3 minutes late from break and got 15 minutes docked from their pay!!! INIZIO IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY THAT DOES NOT VALUE THEIR EMPLOYEES!!!!!
