Little to no training when I started. Manager took me through my projects once and expected me to be able to run with them regardless of complexity. I struggled and continue to struggle because I'm met with statements of "we went over this," or "I thought we talked about this," leading me lean on my coworkers on the same level as me for help.
Not to mention that when I spoke to my coworkers they informed me that they had similar experiences and felt like they were bothering our manager when asking for help.
Additionally, that same manager has been unprofessional multiple times through Teams to the point where I have had to bring up how they were talking to me.
Outside of my manager the other big issue was communication with the Operations teams and account managers. Many of which take forever to respond or don't at all unless you pester them - there's no reason why I should need to follow up on an email I send to them when they make 100k more than I do a year. Often it felt like these individuals only cared when their quarterly bonus was affected. If there was an issue there you were sure to hear about.
