Need better communication with contracted affiliates, things affecting contract with companies can be vague.

Lack of diversity. If you are the only person of color on the team you will feel it. Your work is more scrutinized, and surveillance; your clerical mistakes amplified. I was new to this company and never before felt the way I did here. Like an outsider. You serve multiple masters. Your manager could be great but they can’t help you.
