Pros

Pros: Good benefits but the rest of it never made the benefits seem to be worth it. It says that there is a 20 word minimum but there is nothing else to add.

Cons

Cons: Way too many to list. I worked there for 4 years and quit almost 2 years ago. They are very good at back stabbing and configuring solutions to cover their tracks. This company is not what they would like you to think they are. It is a horrible company and it will only continue to get worse. Since I left 21 months ago, there has been nearly a complete turnover of everyone in my department. Do not waste your energy with this company.

Pros

It use to be a great place to work when I started in 2010. Company has rapidly taken everything good away from Employees

Cons

New owners do not care about employees. They want ever penny for themselves. Company could not even honor the new sick time law. They figured away to get around it by combining time instead of increasing by a few days. Management just wants to babysit instead of being productive.

Pros

Not many - certain members of upper management still have humanity within them and treat employees with care and respect.

Cons

They want you to work hard and don’t want to advance you. Know clear growth path - managers feel like you are gunning for their job so hold you back. Will take advantage of their most loyal employees until they are burnt out and get tired of being overlooked come review time. People are begging just to get a .30 cent raise. No humanity in HR and they are about as approachable as a polar bear. Chatting up your boss and gossiping about your coworkers gets you supervisor level promotions. A mess of a place that lost its good will message and intent many years ago.
