If management does not like you they will treat you unfairly, dump all menial tasks on your plate, and eventually DRIVE you out of the company. No one has done anything about it or WILL do anything about it so its pretty much a dead end street. Every day is a scene straight out of the movie "Mean Girls." If you enjoy cattiness, favoritism, and you have a passion for gossip, you may do very well in the Marketing department. Otherwise, PLEASE do yourself a favor and STAY away.
