Inktel has been the most understandable, convenient, and most of all encouraging company that I have worked for in my 6 year time span of employment. I enjoy how open and willing the management team is to help the employees, rather that's business or personal. This company has also helped develop me in terms of an individual as well as allowed me to grow within the company within a short amount of time. I started out as an agent and moved up to nesting support and eventually managed MY OWN TEAM ALL WITHIN 4 MONTHS! So if you are looking for a company to grow and be developed within a short time span Inktel will be best for you.
