      Pros

      One week of training and one week of nesting which allows a little flexibility for rookies when it comes to quality assurance needs. You get paid 8.10/hr for the period of training and then get bumped to 10/hr for a standard CSR position. Full benefits are provided after 90 Days and PTO after 60 days

      Cons

      Not as much of a turn over rate as other companies i've worked for but they still have it and it's something to be aware of. They will not accept certain accommodations if it doesn't meets their needs and they will try to terminate you if your schedule doesn't fit with their's. You must have 12 hours of availability Monday through sunday and you CANNOT have two consecutive days off (Ex: Saturday and Sunday). Interviewers have misleading information from the actual managers and supervisors so when you get hired, make sure all of the information you receive is confirmed and correct.

      In orientation and training... they put on a great disguise about the company

      DO NOT WORK HERE!!! FIRST, During my interview I gave my documents of identification. My birth certificate and state ID. After the first week of training.. they told me my documents were misplaced and that I needed to give them another copy ASWELL as start my training over. a wholeeee month went by .. and they still didn’t know when my payroll info was gonna be ready for me to receive my first check. The floor support is horrible. My second week there .. there were 5 fights! They look down on you and toot their nose up when you’re asking for help. I’m just disgusted with this company. The director didn’t wanna talk to me either. On several occasions I asked to speak with him! Today, I was fed up.. I left my name and number and told them if the director didn’t call and speak with me today before he leaves, my attorney will be reaching out to him!!
