I enjoyed the people I worked with and the account that I worked with was rather flexible. As long as you're able to do your job well and are on time you'll be fine. Also the schedules can be flexible as well.

Cons

When things are at crunch time it can be extremely difficult for management to listen or help you out. Advancement opportunities are extremely limited. Turnover is rather high and certain accounts can sometimes be more stressful than the pay you get.

Easiest call center I've ever worked at. Very stable if your looking for a job to be at while you get through college or if you're in your senior year of high school, this is perfect!!

Cons

No matter how long you work here, I mean no matter how long (years 10+), your hourly rate of 10.00/hr will not move up. The most you can make is 12 and this is not a career choice to build around a family or bills.
