- the pay is TERRIBLE - They expect you to do team lead work without being a team lead and no raise in pay - Honestly the job can be super stressful for a job that does not pay well. - They say they will raise your pay every 6 months but don't and the only way to make real money is thru incentives so you NEED to make A player but they constantly change it so it makes it harder for people to get it and you can only miss one day of work if not you don't get A player for that month. Honestly the company is just too stressful for the amount of pay.
