The management is not there to help. They don't care about anyone, they don't offer any help. Only care about the account an not the employees

Cons

Stop using favoritism and help train your employees to do their job right. Also for future employees, you can never have one bad call or it will affect your ability to stay with the company.

I didn't really see any pro's working there unless you were in the click. Then you could do anything you wanted.

Cons

If you weren't in the click they would blame everything on you. The pay checks were always short
