Pros
The pay of $15 per hour is good and comparable to the position. They support great brands that you can feel proud to work for.
Cons
The training was subpar. Too much talking on subjects not associated with the job, my trainer, who became my supervisor in production, had established her "click" and the few of us not included definitely were treated differently. The trainer/supervisor was not qualified for her job and we were thrown on live phone calls without any previous training/testing. I didn't even know how to correctly answer a call. Everything I learned was on the job and from other courteous team leaders who probably knew my predicament and helped me to succeed.
