      You can work from home.

      Cons

      Everything Else. This is a disgusting place to work when it comes to the hardwork you put in. I was with them for two and a half years and all the hours and work I put in and I was termed due to favortism and drama I had nothing to do with. They do not value the hard working employees that actually care for 15 an hour the bull is not worth it. To call me on my day off and too not only take my position but my whole contract is bogus.

      -No control over your channel. Despite being a chatter, or voice agent, you will do whatever is required of the company -Clients can be rude, entitled, and toxic - Stagnant pay that has not increased in 3+ years -Little room for growth or development for roles that you show interest in -Micromanagement

      Pros

      You can request days off but only after you accumulate hours, also you have to use those hours before they reset annually. You may have the option to work from home.

      Cons

      You'll be moved around or let go eventually. You can earn a certain amount one day and be moved to another account and be paid less. Sometimes you may end up working weekends, You can end up their for years and get no pay increase and earn the same as someone who just applied. Expect to do a lot and feel like you don't earn enough.
