When we worked in office, it felt a lot more home like and comfortable. The workload did not seem as heavy, and we were easily able to communicate with our supervisors. If there was anything that was unusual or had questions about the work.

Cons

When we started working from home due to Covid, the workload became astronomical and did not correlate with the pay we received. Our supervisors became a lot more Unhelpful and more so focused on consequences rather than assisting. It felt a lot like jail.
