      Pros

      Dave Drayton was the best boss, great mentor, and he believed in me and viewed me as an asset to the company by giving me ownership of my tasks and the ability to bring in revenue.

      Cons

      After Dave Drayton left, I was subjected to sexual harassment, exploitation, and was completely under valued. My male coworkers forced me to do their work to the detriment of my own responsibilities. Employees were constantly back stabbing each other. Agents frequently pooped on the bathroom floors.

      Pros

      The traininer for job itself is very discriptive and good at what she does.

      Cons

      There is a lot of favoritism and not much room for growth. Most "promotions" are just lateral changes. Not much hope for an increase of pay or anything along those lines. The managers don't have the education to actually be managers.

      Pros

      One I joined my bct department, it was a warm welcome. Associates are amazing and nice. Management's awesome as well.

      Cons

      Dealing with clients may be a little challenging but worth it. Pay could be a little higher still grateful though.
