Inktel reviews

Training is a joke for any program through Inktel. They have very high expectations, but provide less than average training, guidance, mentorship or the like. They do not have the necessary access to fully assess performance, and very rarely provides performance reviews. Only 1:1 expectations, that can't be measured accurately as they don't take the diligence to ensure their metrics are reporting accurately to actually measure an agents true performance.
