Good at up training you and giving you all information need to actually do the job. Friendly coworkers.

COMMUNICATION They tell you policies and rules in the beginning, and then they just change any and all procedures just when they feel like it and different for every employee. Depending on how much they like you or if you push back on their bull. Direct managers never respond but they tell you reach out with questions. Like they are never at their desks doing their jobs
