They claim to have work life balance but they work you to the bone . They have crappy shifts 12 est to 11 pm est . All BA’s start on this schedule. So it takes up ALL your day. 5 day work week.
They have mandatory 10 hour shifts at times. Never come across this before but okay…. You had to do them.
They care about numbers not people. So if something bad happens and it affects your numbers/ stats good luck!
After training they only give you 1 day to have 1 chat and the rest of the days you have 2 chats. Within those two chats you have to respond in 2 mins. If you don’t you get a bad score and it affects your stats.
There’s a billion things to do in such little time. So many demands so little time to learn them.
If you don’t have the hang of it in a month they fire you!!! Don’t waste your time in training if you require more time to get the hang of things.
There’s literally better places to work. This place has high turnover and you could get paid the same being a server in your own terms than working for a company that makes success hard for you.
They lie don’t even bother with this place you’ll regret it.
Working anywhere else would be advised.
