-Non Profit. Company really cares about the people they serve and the community. -Good Salary (At least I think so) -Growing company with plenty of opportunities -Good Benefits. Health, Dental, Vision, and Pet Insurance

-Some individuals that have been with the company a long time are resistant to change that will improve workflows, processes, etc.
