      Pros

      If you are a manager , life is good. If you are an hourly employee, beware. Just to be fair, I will say that some years they do give a Christmas bonus. Which is nice when it does happen.

      Cons

      Favoritism, little to no room for growth, poor management, raises are non existent, basically, you are just disposable.

      Vacation amount is too short and takes several years before you can accumulate more time off.
